Ballyjennings Stables.
, Ballyjennings Stables,
Ballinrobe, Mayo.
We are based near Ballinrobe in the west of Ireland, a very scenic part of the country.

What started as a small trekking yard has now grown to a competition yard where the focus is on bringing the best out of every horse and rider.

We have a carefully selected group of ponies that we use to teach people who have not yet bought their own. Each horse is carefully trained and selected to ensure that our riders gain the best start on their horse riding journey.

Dressage plays a big role in our yard with many riders choosing this as their preferred discipline. Our main instructor here is Sinead McGrath who has trained to Grand Prix and competed to Prix St. George. Please click on our Dressage page for more information.

Professional breaking is undertaken by Fintan McGrath who has been breaking horses successfully for over 30 years. His job is to ensure horses enjoy their work and are ready for what ever discipline they go into.

Livery is catered for where we work with the riders and owners on the best plan to suit them...
